Dear ABR member / Dear attendee,

According to GDPR requirements, we need your consent in order to store the personal data you have submitted to the ABR members and ABR events’ attendees database; this will also enable us to send you updates and information about our future events.

We want to keep in touch with you and we assure you that the information you have provided us with is secured and will only be used in order to facilitate our communication and collaboration with you.

By registering in our database, you agree with ABR processing your personal data for the purposes referred to above.

Conference registration via the ABR Platform

Registration for the Conference will be done exclusively through the ABR Platform. 

If you already have an active account on the ABR site, log in directly and continue with the steps for Conference registration (see below).

If you do not have an account, please follow the steps below (access the file): 

1. Access the website abr-ro.ro, click on "Sign in", then select "Sign up."
2. Enter your email address, choose a password, accept the privacy policy, and complete the registration.
3. Check your email for the account activation link. After activation, you can log into the platform.
4. Complete the Profile section, including your Personal datails, so that ABR can validate your status (member or non-member).
5. After confirming your status, you will be able to access the registration page for the conference and benefit from the applicable fee based on your status.

Conference Registration

1. Click on the ABR Platform button, then log in with your account details.
2. On the platform, go to the Events/Evenimente section, select The 36th Edition of the ABR National Conference, Brașov, Romania, September 1–4, 2026/Conferința Națională a ABR - ediția a XXXVI-a, Brașov, 1 -4 septembrie 2026, then click on Register for the event/Înscriere la eveniment and confirm by clicking I register/Mă înscriu.
3. If you wish to pay by card, click on the Payments/Plăți button next to your chosen participation option.

Regardless of the payment method selected (bank transfer, credit card payment via the ABR Platform, or cash at the conference), registration through the ABR Platform is mandatory to participate in the event. 

• Participation in the event organized by Softlink Central Europe, which will take place in person on September 1,  is free of charge, and prior registration is required for access.
