Ancuța Șchiop has been the manager of the "Gheorghe Șincai" Bihor County Library since 2021. In her work, she aims to strengthen the library's role as an open and accessible cultural institution, adapted to the current needs of the community.
She coordinated the modernization process of the Bihor County Library through the NRRP (Romania's National Recovery and Resilience Plan), an important project for the development of infrastructure, the digitization of services, and the creation of modern spaces dedicated to reading, education, and access to technology. Through this transformation, the library aims to become a contemporary cultural and educational center, relevant to all categories of the public.
